You may return unused items in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for any reason. If you are returning an item due to a defect or because you received the wrong item, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned item. We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item button.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and over 95% of our orders are shipped within 1 working day.

We offer **free standard shipping on all orders**. Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, or DPD - we select the courier that offers the best transit time based on your postcode.

If you require faster delivery, you can choose **Express Shipping** (Royal Mail 24 or DPD) at checkout.
